In housing strategy studio 2019, we got Vadodara city as our study area. The studio was divided in three phases. The first phase of studio includes current situation assessment of Vadodara. In this phase of studio we have understood the baseline situation of Vadodara which helped us in developing housing strategy for city for year 2031. In second phase of studio we have projected the future scenario for Vadodara city in year 2031. In this phase of studio we have projected future demographic and spatial growth of Vadodara city. In third phase of our studio, I have got sub strategy to optimize of transaction process and cost in conversion from built up to open space. The focus of the sub strategy is to reduce the minimum price of housing unit by reducing the transaction process cost.
