The project revolves around the relocation of all those slums which are located along the hazarduous lands and  are left with no option other than relocation. The vision behind the relocation is to accomodate all these slums either to the nearest EWS sites that is withing the proximity of 2-3km or relocated them to the nearest insitu redeveloped sites. The si=ubstrategies involced in the relocation are the sites and services and the construction of a new unit. In each case there is loss of the government land. The costing of the relocation strategy is 100% self financed by the slumdwellers.
