G2_P1_PROVISIONARY AND REGULATORY SUPPORT FOR HOMELESS

The portfolio is a representation of Housing Studio work that attempts to build a number of housing sub-strategies that spread housing options across all income categories in order to effectively solve the issue of housing affordability in Vadodara. In order to comprehend the housing condition in Vadodara, multiple tasks for Situation Assessments were introduced to us through primary analysis. The development of a set of enabling and interim sub-strategies was aided by using this as the basis for projecting and visualizing potential growth scenarios for the year 2031. The portfolio also emphasizes the P1 sub-strategy, which is a "Provisional and Regulatory Support for Urban Homeless" plan. This strategy aims to provide suitable, accessible, and decent shelters for urban homeless people and construction workers through long- and short-term interventions and revising the current framework supporting such housing.
