A dense housing complex which provides modular housing units in two distinct typologies. Each focuses on inter-building and common public spaces. The concept of vertical neighbouhood is explored. This township is lush with trees and immersive landscape. 
Vehicular and pedestrian flow are completely seperated; with vehicular flow being restricted to minimum whereas pedestrian movement is upheld and promoted. The clusters are arranged in a manner which emphasizes depth and direction. The levels are receding as we move up therefore creating an effect which opens up the sky amplifying the daylight.
