The project is based on detailing a decision-making tool that decision-makers can use to pre-plan the whole layout of sewage systems. The tool helps to decide what kind of sewer system shall be implemented, i.e., centralized or decentralized. The parameters which have been considered in this tool allow to give optimized decision outcomes in terms of functionality, cost efficiency and service delivery
