Analysis

In this semester we were first introduced to the basic elements of plans , sections and elevations. Then after knowing these tools of representation we studied type and typology  of an area and tried to understand how a colony was able to settle and establish itself  , how was it planned and  the manner in which it was imagined to be. Then we learned  how to map and record the activity and movement of a particular place and how this movement of traffic and the dense concentration of pedestrians and shopkeepers changed with time.
