This urban design project aspires to restore and enhance the religious and spiritual character of the site, focusing on strengthening the sacred relationship between the ghats and the temples. It aims to create a seamless, accessible, and meaningful journey for pilgrims and visitors by improving physical and visual connectivity. The design approach is rooted in cultural sensitivity, heritage conservation, and contextual relevance, ensuring that interventions respect the site’s historical identity. By integrating inclusive infrastructure, intuitive circulation, and serene public spaces, the project seeks to create a spiritually immersive environment that celebrates the site’s cultural legacy while addressing contemporary urban needs.
