The project envisions the revival of Mahal Badshahi, a 17th-century monument in Pushkar, by reimagining it and its surrounding underdeveloped crematorium as a transitional public space. Currently isolated and neglected, the monument sits within a largely unused and inaccessible area, cut off from the everyday life of the city. This intervention seeks to change that by bringing the monument into the public consciousness, placing it at the heart of a new urban experience.
