Portfolio deals with the current regional and intercity development scenario for the city of Vadodara. The changes in the transportation situation upon introduction of regional transport and promote further development is deciphered. With the increase in demand for intracity transport, which is primarily dependent on intermediate public transport an alternative plan to relieve the current problems. By taking an existing scenario as a foundation, major issues and its manifestation got analyzed and on the basis of this analysis, a short term alternative was suggested to ease the present situation. This ideology was further strengthened to form a long term proposal which caters to the future demand of growing urbanization.
