It identifies key freight-generating zones, analyzes existing freight flows and infrastructure challenges, and proposes integrated, sustainable logistics solutions. Key proposals include micro - hubs linked with Surat Metro, dynamic freight vehicle timing, market relocation, logistics hubs, and an outer ring road - all aiming for a safer, more efficient, and carbon-neutral freight system by 2047.
