Bolo Shu Joiye: A Vendor Friendly Street

The project 'Bolo Shu Joiye', aims to revitalize the streetscape of Manek Chowk, highlighting the pivotal role of vendors as cultural and economic cornerstones. Presently, vendors occupy the streets, causing disruptions to both vehicular and pedestrian movement. The proposal seeks to streamline vending spaces by strategically placing vendors, resolving issues of congestion and spillover that result in chaotic parking and unsafe pedestrian pathways. The design transforms the disordered vending environment into an organized, systematic vending zone, ensuring smoother circulation and fostering meaningful interactions between vendors and pedestrians. It prioritizes thoughtful vendor placement and optimal space allocation to enhance their functionality while seamlessly integrating them into the urban fabric.
