This project presents the work undertaken as a part of the Transportation Detailed Feasibility Project Studio for the Winter semester 2019. The approach has been to understand the role of the private sector in shaping the mobility of any city. Recently in the last seven eight years, technology based cab aggregators like Uber/Ola, food delivery services like Swiggy/Zomato have completely transformed how people make transportation choices. Many startups like Rapido, Yulu, Bounce, and Zoomcar have come up with the idea of shared mobility and are continuously changing the way people commute. On similar lines, this report details out one such idea od shared and connected mobility based on optimising the utilization of private cars in Indian market.
