This report revolves around the similar idea of developing transportation services for tier-I city with a difference of providing the service at micro level. This report also explains about current scenario of transport market and market segmentation from which idea has been formulated. Also, current services have been studied, limitations noted and propositions provided concerning these limitations. Viability of the project has been checked on the basis of demand & financial assessment.
