This project presents the work undertaken as a part of the Transportation Detailed Feasibility Project Studio for the Winter semester 2019.The aim was to provide students with an understanding of feasibility analysis for urban transport proposal.It involved undertaking financial and economic analysis of the business model such asidea formulation, SWOT analysis, market segmentation, role of stakeholders, service/product design, viability checks, regulations, implementation plan and risk management.The idea presented here details plans and viability of Van Shuttle for the city of Ahmedabad. The plan is to build a van aggregator web based model where van operators will connect drivers to potential employees and students population through an application interface.
