Mass Rapid Transit System Feasibility Study

This studio course immerses students in the process of determining the feasibility of transport projects within the Indian urban context engaging in a comprehensive examination of various rapid transit technologies and undertake a systematic project preparation as required by the relevant framework in place. This portfolio depicts my understanding of the framework for evaluating the feasibility of a metro transport project in Ahmedabad highlighting various rapid transit technologies, travel demand modelling and mode selection process. I also learned how to utilize an evaluation framework that encompasses physical, financial, economic, social, and environmental considerations to assess project feasibility.
