This Understanding the City portfolio report provides a preliminary assessment of the existing conditions within each precinct identified in the study area in order to begin the process of identifying issues and opportunities that can be positively addressed through the Urban Design Framework. This portfolio covers a wide range of urban planning elements such as land use, activity, building types, and streetscape design, among others, in order to reveal existing patterns that currently shape the ways in which each precinct functions.
