Functioning of a Nagar in Delhi as a City Level Node

The portfolio examines the functioning of a peculiar planning feature of the Nagars in Delhi. The study area is a Nagar located in the West District along the Inner Ring Road of the city called Kirti Nagar. With the spatial growth of the city, the locality is well connected by an extensive network of roads and metro. In order to understand the functioning, various parameters have been compared with other city nodes. The locality has adapted well to the transformations and continues to promote community living, hence, liveable and complete.
