The portfolio talks about the evolution and development of the precinct, what shaped the area and what are the services and infrastructure provided in the precinct.  The history of Bapunagar dates back to 1860, is a predominantly residential area. The portfolio discusses different aspects of land and built form within such older settlements and how transport is an important part of such settlements and finally how the introduction of BRT corridor changed the area.
