Reimagining Streets & Markets: Urban Public Realms

This studio  project explores the design and transformation of urban public spaces through two key modules: Module 1 - street design and Module 2 - public space development. The first module involves a detailed case study of Champs-Élysées and a design proposal for T4 Jivraj Park Metro corridor, focusing on enhancing mobility, safety, and social vibrancy. The second module reimagines New Nehru Nagar Market as a walkable, inclusive fashion precinct through integrated public space strategies. Together, the modules demonstrate a layered understanding of urban elements, enabling a holistic approach to redesigning streets and urban blocks for better everyday experiences.
