The Development Plan Studio is designed to equip students with the essential skills needed to craft a development plan that transcends traditional "predict and provide" strategies. By exploring a variety of planning, zoning, and legal approaches through both national and international case studies, students will learn to create plans that promote social, spatial, and economic enhancement while withstanding future uncertainties. The studio is segmented across four cities, with the initial situation analysis conducted by groups of 12. Subsequently, the development plan proposals are formulated in smaller groups of four.
