GIFT City : Vertical urbanism through TPS

Due to the increase in demand, the GIFT City area is expanded by the GIFT authority. The expansion area is to be developed by the TP Scheme mechanism. The project started with the master plan preparation of the expansion area and after that phasing of the TP Scheme was done. After identification of the area reconstitution, valuation, and phasing were done of that area.
