Aerocity and TDS: Bridging Raipur and Naya Raipur

This project explores urban integration between Raipur and Naya Raipur through the micro-planning tool of Town Development Schemes (TDS). By addressing land ownership challenges, leveraging land pooling, and aligning local plans with macro-level objectives, the plan fosters sustainable and inclusive urban growth. A key feature, the Aerocity proposal, demonstrates innovative zoning and stakeholder engagement, creating a vibrant economic hub while balancing ecological preservation. The project highlights how TDS bridges gaps in infrastructure, ensures efficient land use, and drives economic development, offering actionable insights into systematic and sustainable urban expansion.
