The project addresses the fragmentation and disconnection in urban spaces by proposing a master plan rooted in Urban Place theory, emphasizing connectivity, historic preservation, centrality, diversity of use, and nature integration. The vision interlaces diverse functions, historical elements like the mill building, and natural landscapes, incorporating rerouted road networks, TOD development, pedestrian bridges, and a hierarchy of green and built spaces.
