As part of the development plan studio, a group of 12 individuals conducted extensive fieldwork in Bhopal, engaging with various planning authorities and stakeholders to assess the city's current status. Subsequently, our team presented the initial iteration, focusing on the vibrant concept for Bhopal's 2041 development plan. In the second iteration, we emphasized zoning and road network enhancements. Following feedback from faculty members, we refined our approach, delving into detailed zoning, road network improvements, Development Control Regulations (DCR), and special projects for iteration three. This comprehensive iteration was then presented to the Bhopal Town and Country Planning Department, incorporating their valuable feedback. The final presentation, inclusive of cost analysis and phased implementation, was shared with external jurors as the proposal for Bhopal's Development Plan 2041
