The project aims to develop a comprehensive plan for Bhopal using form-based zoning in lieu of conventional zoning methods. This approach focuses on the physical form and design of the city rather than segregating land by use. By prioritizing cohesive, sustainable, and pedestrian-friendly urban environments, form-based zoning enhances connectivity and promotes mixed-use development. The project includes evaluating current zoning practices, consulting stakeholders, and designing a clear regulatory framework. This plan will contribute to the revitalization of Bhopal, ensuring its growth aligns with modern urban design principles and residents' needs.
