Rethinking Delhi's TOD policy: Dwarka local area plan

First, started by understanding the micro-level plan, where we examined different aspects of planning. This was followed by a feasibility study to understand how zoning and regulations impact the market value of land and the projects associated with it. After these preliminary steps, we began working on the local area plan for Dwarka, Delhi. During this project, we learned a lot about Delhi’s TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) policy, including the reasons for its introduction and why it hasn’t been successful. Based on our analysis, we proposed ideas for the local area plan, which was followed by work on implementation.
