The project proposes a special development framework for Koba, which is strategically located between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, which also possess good connectivity to the GIFT city and Adalaj. The area’s potential necessitates a sensitive and integrated development approach that respects the ecological significance of the Sabarmati River, existing gamtals, and cultural nodes. The master plan proposal, titled ”Buen Vivir: A Holistic Living Experience in Harmony with Nature”, envisions a thriving community centered around holistic well-being. It aims to seamlessly integrate mixed-use urban development with the harmony of nature, fostering a sense of community.
