Vajarahalli-Silk Institute Corridor, A Sustainable TOD

Banagalore being the green city of India and the site falls under the greenest ward of the city with high natural features such as forest and lake but also have a potential TOD zone due to the expansion of the city and metro .We consider Vajarahalli-Silk Institute Corridor as a  Sustainable TOD Approach for Bangalore city. We have considered a hybrid micro level planning mechanism with local area planning in brownfield areas and town planning scheme in greenfield areas.
