Through a nuisance-based zoning approach, environmental concerns stemming from hazardous industries will be addressed. The DP will prioritize the development of a comprehensive public transport network connecting residential areas to job centers, aiming to reduce vehicular congestion and offer efficient mobility options. Balancing industrial growth and providing green spaces, the project will adopt a market-driven approach, allowing market forces to shape the city's development while regulating industrial zones for sustainability. The ultimate goal is to foster economic growth, promote tourism, and ensure a sustainable and prosperous future for Surat.
