By analyzing current conditions, forecasting the population, and engaging stakeholders, the proposal prioritizes existing situations and market orientation. Emphasizing a market-driven, liberalized approach, our plan impacts zoning, building regulations, connectivity and green space development, aiming for an equitable, compact, and connected city.
