Delhi Master Plan: One City Endless Possibilities

The project presents Delhi with an integrated urban plan that focuses on ecological resilience, sustainable mobility, and inclusive housing. To counter the increasing housing demand, especially for EWS/LIG, it aligns with the Delhi Master Plan 2041 that advocates for land pooling, in-situ slum rehabilitation, and transit-oriented development. Expanding the metro network, improving last-mile connectivity, strengthening water and waste infrastructure, and preserving green-blue assets are significant measures. Funded by Delhi's 2025–2026 budget, the plan focuses on smart infrastructure, decentralized systems, and compact, mixed-use growth to ensure affordability, livability, and environmental sustainability across Delhi's rapidly growing urban space.
