Vastrapur which is located on the western part of Sabarmati river is one of the oldest urban villages that has been through a significant urbanization throughout the decades and has evolved into a prime location of public interest with varied housing choices, social and ecological amenities and remarkable educational institutions. This portfolio is an attempt to understand and decode various layers of the city to understand how does it work. This study is entirely based on the primary and secondary surveys conducted.
