The studio majorly focused on the detailing of the micro-level planning such as land, real estate, environment, transport, infrastructure, cost, and recovery, etc. through town planning scheme. The studio focused on understanding the existing situation of the areas given and developing the micro-level plan - TPS for Vastral - Ramol Area.  The studio also assessed the current and future land values, cost of works, funding and financing mechanism, and institutional framework for Town Planning Schemes.
