The concept behind the design is creating semi-open cultural public spaces which allows the experience of both an indoor and outdoor space at the same time by blending urban infrastructure with nature and diverse cultural elements to create a dynamic and inclusive environment. It also intends to empower female pavement dwellers by providing them an opportunity to earn a livelihood and be self sufficient.
