Rajkot is a growing city, future industrial investments are all coming up in the vicinity of the 6 major industrial nodes. The upcoming development results in migration of people for work in the city. This poses a challenge for the city to provide affordable housing options for all income groups. Therefore, my aim of the proposal is to provide access to all housing groups through – Enable the market to provide more rental units at affordable rates by Unlocking vacant stock To provide provisional supports to all the HH that are the vulnerable segment of the Urban Homeless and are not catered to the market.
