Creating a BREATHE Zone-Biome of Rural life, Economy, Amusement, Tourism, natural Heritage & Ecology. Having made a niche for itself in the manufacturing sector, the time is right for Rajkot to explore tourism as a potential while strengthening the secondary sector. The upcoming International airport poses immense opportunity. The proposal is to reserve a zone in the city as a recreational hub that allows opportunity to attract tourists & simultaneously preserve the city’s ecological sanctity. The intent is to drive economic value of the land with minimal intervention.
