The project attempts to create an urban model that is a derived function of the needs of the citizens while retaining the existing fabric and character of the place. At the core of the ToD zone, it also enhances the quality of life by bringing inclusivity, sustainability and resilience to the public realm by the virtue of movement and commerce. The idea is to rejuvenate the neighbourhood by increasing accessibility and a sense of belonging on the site of Andheri, Mumbai.
