The aim of this exercise was to understand the planning aspects in depth and envision the ward from the lens of a planner. In this exercise we formulated a comprehensive plan for chandkheda ward. The chandkheda is a fringe ward which is located in the northwest portion of Ahmedabad. Its strategic availability of vacant land and good accessibility makes it socio-economically important. In our study we did detailed data collections which includes primary and secondary then analysis and identification of issues to frame suitable proposals.
