THE CO-HOUSING Eating does simply satisfy a bodily urge but transforms the act into a social and communicative event. The practice of eating together often takes place in a shared environment where an individual is placed in the presence of others. Consequently, these individuals make both direct and indirect contact with one another through conversation, visual contact, sharing a common table, or even a dish (menu). Such a meeting place becomes a node where in-depth relationships can take root. It is the place where strangers can establish their first encounters and gradually turn their brief encounters into opportunities for exchange. Thus the proposal intends to create a welcoming shared environment for people from different backgrounds and encourage them to interact with their surroundings and the urban infrastructure. Creating mixed-use, comfortable spaces designed for both work and leisure. Let’s Eat Together !!
