Elemental is residential mass housing project which began with the study for mass housing and different technologies which can be applicable while constructing the building to make the construction work faster and effective. The project involved the quantifying the number of element required and for that the time cycle is created. A well-organized job layout was to make sure that flow of the activity are effective within the site. A bar bending schedule is also created. A on-site quality and safety observations were conducted to ensure adherence to industry standards. The difficulties encountered during the monsoon season's excavations were analyzed.
