Vrajkut by Vastu Sthal Developers

The project entailed constructing a 600-unit EWS mass housing scheme at Vrajkut by Vastu Sthal Developers, using Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) technology to optimize cost, time, and resource efficiency. Detailed fabrication drawings guided the off-site manufacturing process, enabling rapid on-site assembly of the superstructure. The core structure was completed in 6 months, with overall finishing in 9 months. Structural productivity was monitored through weight summaries and erection schedules to maintain efficiency. The methodology emphasized minimizing material wastage, optimizing cost factors, and ensuring quality. This project stands as a benchmark for fast, cost-effective mass housing using modern construction systems.
