Every Project has four phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure. This study was aimed to understand the execution and monitoring phase of the project life cycle. The project under consideration was the Bridge construction across Tapi River at Surat, under EPC contract. The key areas of focus for the study are the review of the Construction Site, understanding the schedule of the project,  material management, quality management,  safety management, equipment management and risk management. The study includes the collection of the available information, understanding it, analyze it and suggest some inputs for completion of the project more efficiently.
