The studio work on Construction execution, monitoring and control aims at guiding students to gain an understanding of the planning, execution and monitoring phase of project life cycle. The project undertaken is the construction of 2 lane 2 way flyover bridge covering Anjali Crossroad, Bhatta and Fatehpura Junction. The contract is awarded to Vijay M Mistry Construction Private Limited. To develop an understanding for the same, we have prepared Work and Project breakdown structure, Look ahead schedule for one month etc and done analysis on Quality, Safety, Billing, Equipment, Material and Risk Management aspects of the project.
