The studio is regarding the study of construction, execution monitoring and control. This studio we came over construction sequence of basement for the commercial buildings and hands to various experience safety talks and activities onsite.The study involves observations and analysis made from site activities and suggesting improvements wherever required. The topics covered are  Site Layout and planning, IS codes ,Analysis of insurance policies ,Contractual conditions, Material management, Equipment management, Safety management, Lean construction tools like Foreman delay survey, Project risk management and Management Information system.In this studio various software  help us to monitor the on going activities  on construction site.
