This work is an attempted study of the execution and monitoring phase of a metro project. The analysis cited in the portfolio are a result of the observations made on a live metro work site. The scheduling for the project done on Primavera P6 stands as the base for the further analysis, including the look ahead schedules, pour planning and progress monitoring of the project. The analysis for material management and preparation of the material requirements for one month look ahead, and pareto analysis for non-conformities were also done along with risk management and analysis for the whole project.
