The studio project undertaken by the group is an Institutional Building spread over an area of 30,400 sqm. It includes the construction of two towers (5 floors and 14 floors) and one podium. The scope of the study for this project is the 14-floor tower. The aspects of Construction Execution, Monitoring and Control, and their relevant practices followed at the site in terms of site planning, quality, safety, and material management were studied in detail and suitable proposals have also been suggested as a part of the study.
