The studio is regarding the study of construction, execution monitoring and control. The project is about mixed-used high rise building. it consists of Hotel building, Office building, Revolving restaurant, Residential towers, clubhouse, shops etc. We define our scope and we did exercise like pour planning, Risk analysis by Primavera software, Line of balance, billing, Planning and Scheduling in Primavera, Insurance policies, Material Management, Equipment Management, Quality Management, Safety Management, Management Information system, Earned Value Management and Lean techniques like Value Stream Mapping & Foreman Delay Survey.
