The studio was aimed at understanding the various aspects of a construction project in its execution stage. It involved study and analysis of a live construction project with respect to topics such as Contract Administration, Site Layout Planning and Analysis, Quality Management, Safety Management, Planning and Scheduling, Earned Value Analysis, Analysis of Insurance Policies, Claims Management, Lean Construction, Material Management and Cost Management. The project selected for the studio was an institutional Campus Extension Project, having six different development projects under the same contractor.
