The studio concentrates on the construction project execution phase, where a residential project costing around INR. 103 crores and is under construction was selected to study and evaluate from the standpoint of the constructor. The pragmatic understanding of a variety of issues linked to the implementation of a project was accomplished through periodic site visits and engagement with project stakeholders. Pour Planning, Formwork Planning, Quality Management, Safety Management, Progress Monitoring and Tracking, Primavera Risk Management, and Lean construction tool – Value stream mapping are just a several of the concepts addressed in the portfolio. The purpose is to study the principles of the construction phase, and therefore a complete grasp of monitoring and controlling systems and associated on-site implementations, and to take corrective actions to make the study better impactful, productive, and profitable.
