Studio-II Construction Project, Execution, Monitoring, and Control Studio deals with analyzing and observing the various processes of the construction phase in a Project. As a part of the study, the Sports Complex project was chosen for the analysis. The Construction phase is the most important phase of the project life cycle,  The topics covered in this portfolio include Pre-construction activities, Site layout critics, Quality lab, Inventory management, Pour planning and risk Analysis.
